At Teddy Blake, we take pride in our Italian craftsmanship; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your handbag in its original condition within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your handbag in its original box with all protective packaging, dust bags, and authentic tags still attached to ensure a safe transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous labels are visible.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
